Dowell Pham Harrison LLP is pleased to announce the addition of former Xerox Corporation Executive, Maureen F. Moore to the firm. Maureen (“Mo”) Moore joined the firm’s recently opened Ft. Worth office as Of Counsel on August 1st. Her practice focuses on union avoidance training and audits, labor relations training for HR professionals, negotiations, arbitrations, and management of election campaigns related to union organizing efforts.
Before joining the firm, Ms. Moore served as Vice President of Corporate Labor Relations at the Xerox Corporation in Dallas TX., where she was a member of the corporate Human Resources Senior Executive Leadership Team. Ms. Moore also previously served as Vice President of Labor & Employment at Blockbuster Inc., where she advised a team of domestic and international HR professionals. Ms. Moore is Board Certified in Labor & Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Ms. Moore is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of North Texas, where she focused on Personal and Industrial Relations and earned her her B.B.A. She graduated from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, J.D., cum laude, Order of the Coif, in 1983.
