Brad / Partner

Mr. Dowell is one of three founding partners of Dowell Pham Harrison LLP. Following his graduation from Baylor University School of Law, he joined one of the oldest and most respected law firms in Ft. Worth, where he practiced 27 years before founding DPH. After spending many years as a trial lawyer working on numerous different personal injury and general civil litigation matters, Brad’s practice evolved into more complex managed care litigation, serving as counsel for one of the State’s largest health insurance companies. This, coupled with his experience in arbitration, eventually led Brad to focus his practice on labor and employment matters.

Mr. Dowell has tried or arbitrated cases involving alleged violation of collective bargaining agreements, breach of distribution agreements, wrongful termination, alleged employment discrimination and retaliation, as well as numerous personal injury matters (ranging from slip and fall cases to alleged negligent security).

Brad and his wife, Julie, are the proud parents of three children. In his spare time, Brad enjoys outdoor sports, family activities and music. He is also extensively involved with Travis Avenue Baptist Church in Fort Worth.
